The Bulldogs advanced to the state tournament last season, but made an early first round exit. If they want to get back this season, they will need players to step up and make plays. “We are very excited with a lot of new faces seeing playing time this year,” said head coach Brady Kokojan. “We return one starter from last season, Colten Dillingham, who averaged 19.2 points per game last season.”
As a senior on this year’s squad, Dillingham (6-2, Sr.) will look to be a leader. He is an outstanding basketball player. He is also a two-time long jump state champion, which adds a level to his basketball game that not everyone has. Blake Richter (5-8, Sr.), KJ Jones (5-10, Sr.), and Zander Peeper (5-11, Sr.) are the other seniors this season and they will look to make an impact. Other players to keep an eye on are Baylor Burford (5-9, Jr.), Boston Burford (5-8, So.), Nathen Taylor (6-7, Jr.), Ethan Wilkinson (6-4, Jr.), Tabor Runsnor (6-3, Jr.), Grant Tyner (5-8, So.), and Kyler Bucannon (6-1, Fr.).
