Football

Cash Mathis – Enid

Standing six-foot-three and weighing 235 pounds, Cash Mathis is a big, athletic player set to make an impact at both tight end and defensive end this season. Despite his size, he boasts impressive footwork, making him a versatile and talented asset for the team.

Titan Root – Hennessey

Titan is a big, talented lineman, but more importantly, he has a true passion for football and dedicates himself to improving every single day. He is expected to be an impact player on both sides of the ball this season.

Reese Royal – Medford

Reese is a junior who plays both quarterback and wide receiver. He looks to settle into a starting role at wide receiver, where his six-foot-two frame gives his team excellent length and impressive jumping ability.

Tegan Cowherd – Pond Creek-Hunter

Tegan was a standout in junior high, excelling as both a quarterback and linebacker. Over the next four years in high school, he is poised to be a key contributor to the program. Tegan’s strong work ethic and reliability make him a valuable asset on and off the field.

Brodey Wallace – Timberlake

Wallace will likely start at cornerback. He is a tough, hard-nosed player who truly loves the game.

Ace Jones & Charles Black – Watonga

These two young men are hard workers on the rise and are poised to make an immediate impact on the football field.

Wyatt Overstreet – Waukomis

Wyatt stepped into the starting guard role midway through the season due to injury and never came off the field after that. Highly intelligent and hardworking, he sets a great example both on and off the field. Though he’s not a vocal leader, he leads by example and never complains.

Cheer

Paityn Willard – Waukomis

Paityn is a talented sophomore who is expected to take the reins with the team and lead them through her junior and senior years. She is actively involved in numerous school organizations and sports, showcasing her dedication both on and off the field.

Cross Country

Julianne Matousek – Hennessey

Julianne will be a freshman this cross-country season. She had an impressive eighth-grade track season, breaking the six-minute mile multiple times. A fierce competitor, she’s sure to be exciting to watch as she steps up to the high school level.
