VYPE: What grade are you in and what sports do you play?

Talaira: I am a sophomore at Enid High School. I play point guard on the basketball team.

VYPE: What has it taken to be successful in your sports?

Talaira: It takes pushing myself and working hard.

VYPE: What has been the highlight moment of your career?

Talaira: Always giving my teammates good passes and motivating them to keep pushing and working hard.

VYPE: What does it mean to you to represent your school and community when you play?

Talaira: I feel like it is showing you really want to put a good word out there for your school when you play hard and smart and show good sportsmanship to the other team.

VYPE: What motivates you?

Talaira: My dad.

VYPE: What does it take to balance your school work and the activities you are involved in?

Talaira: It takes focus, dedication, and effort.

VYPE: Who are some of your biggest influences or role models?

Talaira: My parents and my aunt, because they have always been the people I look up to with high standards.

VYPE: What teacher has had the biggest impact on your life?

Talaira: Mrs.Green was always the teacher who supported me and always knew when my days were not going well.

VYPE: Who is your favorite person you follow on social media?

Talaira: Kirya, because she is my biggest supporter and like my older sister.
