OKLAHOMA BIBLE ACADEMY TROJANS
Coach: CHRIS CAYOT
11-2
OFFENSE
Graduation took its toll on the roster and head coach Chris Cayot is entering what could be a rebuilding year for the Trojans. “Lost a lot. Only one full-time two-way starter back,” said Cayot. Quarterback Liam Berry (5-8, 145, Jr.) saw limited action last year completing 8-of-15 passes for 110 yards and rushing for 41 yards on 13 carries. Berry’s play will set the tone for the offense. Wyatt Hofen (5-9, 160, Sr.) adds another element to the offense at running back. Last season Hofen rushed for 109 yards on 19 carries and scored three times. Look for the Trojan offense to run a multi-set offense as the try to get skill players in positions to be successful.
DEFENSE
The Trojans will stay in the 3-2 and focus on stopping the run. Berry and Hofen will start in the secondary with Andrew Campbell (5-9, 165, Sr.). Last season Berry accounted for 77 tackles, two INTs, one forced fumble, and added one fumble recovery. Hofen played big as well recording 32 tackles with three PBUs. Campbell amassed 25 tackles and one PBU. Koy Schneider (Fr.) is a young, exciting talent that will see the field this season on defense. Also look for Ethan Ash (Sr.) who pushes his teammates to play better and is a high-energy player.
