Oklahoma Bible Academy Trojans Basketball Team – Presented by Advantage Eye Care of Enid

OKLAHOMA BIBLE ACADEMY TROJANS

BOYS

Coach: Kaden Kennedy

23-24 Record: 7-17

The Trojans are looking to bounce back from a 7-17 season a year ago and head coach Kaden Kennedy likes the make up of the team. “I’m excited about the potential of our team,” Kennedy said. “Our primary goals are to improve our overall performance on the court and establish a clear program identity. We have strong leadership from our senior class and an impressive, athletic sophomore group, along with a diverse and eager freshman class ready to contribute. Our ability to play positionless basketball and our discipline will be significant strengths as we navigate the challenges of being a younger team with fewer upperclassmen. I truly believe in the talent and determination of our players, and I’m looking forward to seeing how they grow together as a cohesive unit.” Brant Owens (5-9, Sr.) is a high-level guard who is a great competitor. He has grown as a defender and is primed to be a great perimeter defender this year. Brant is a vocal leader who cares about his teammates and about being a great competitor. Silas Hofen (6-1, So.) is an exceptional young man with high potential on the court. He brings a defensive intensity that the team needs in a big way. Silas is a major offensive and athletic asset on the court as a driver and he has shown great potential as a shooter. Koy Schneider (5-9, Fr.) has the qualities to serve a vital role on the team, both currently and in the future. Koy is a high-level athlete and competitor in everything he does. Other members of the team to keep an eye out for are Wyatt Hofen (5-10, Sr.), Bennett O’neil (6-1, Sr.), Gavin Baldwin (6-1, Sr.), Andrew Campbell (5-8, Sr.), Ben Bearden (5-9, Sr.), Samuel Cooper (6-0, Jr.), Caleb Lillie (5-10, So.), Ben Burrel (5-10, So.), Hudson Zelnicek (6-2, So.), Hayden Zelnicek (6-3, So.), Owen Knopp (6-0, So.), Nathanael Barney (6-0, So.), Cylus Rudd (5-8, Fr.), Cal Cayot (5-10, Fr.), Russell Roth (5-8, Fr.), Connor Reid (5-11, Fr.), and Caden Dinnin (6-3, Fr.).
