OKLAHOMA BIBLE ACADEMY TROJANS
Coach: Titus Burrell
OUTLOOK
After building momentum during the 2025 season, the Oklahoma Bible Academy Trojans return with experience and clear goals under head coach Titus Burrell. Despite losing two starters, the Trojans bring back seven starters and are focused on taking the next step by tightening up the details that define winning baseball.
“Lost two starters from last year, returning seven starters. Looking to continue from the success we had in the 2025 season,” Burrell said. “We had some ups and downs, but we hope to strengthen some of our weak spots in gameplay. We want to reduce explosive innings that get us on the ropes, minimize errors and score more runs through playing fundamental baseball.”
Leading the Trojans is senior Liam Berry, the team’s MVP and one of the most impactful players on the roster. “Senior, Pitcher/ Utility player, He is a major run producer for the team, explosive bat,” Burrell said. “He plays well in the field, strong arm. He’s played a lot of baseball, when he is on he is one of the best around.” Berry’s versatility and experience make him a cornerstone for OBA on both sides of the ball.
A key underclassman to watch is sophomore Cal Cayot, who already carries significant responsibility for the Trojans. “Tenth grader, Catcher, Pitcher, Utility player. He is the returning Ace of the staff with 6-1 record,” Burrell said. “Second on the team in batting average, with .384. He is a big part of the team success. Has a passion for the game.” Cayot’s presence on the mound and at the plate gives OBA a reliable weapon in big moments.
The Trojans’ Character Counts athlete is sophomore Koy Schneider, whose impact goes beyond statistics. “Tenth grade, utility infielder and pitcher. He brings consistency to the infield and speed on the basepaths,” Burrell said. “Has the respect of teammates and classmates. Plays all out all the time, loves the game.”
Depth will be another strength for OBA this season. Kai Mendoza provides stability behind the plate as a catcher and utility player, while Benjamin Burrell anchors the outfield in center field and serves as a reliable pitcher. Jacoby Justus handles the corners of the infield at first and third base while adding power at the plate. Cylus Rudd returns after missing last season due to injury, bringing experience and versatility to the outfield, and Caden Dinnin continues to develop as an infielder known for his work ethic and team-first mentality. With a veteran core, emerging underclassmen, and a commitment to fundamentals, Oklahoma Bible Academy enters the season determined to build on last year’s success and compete at a high level every time they take the field.
