2025 Oklahoma Bible Academy Trojans Football Preview – Presented by Ortho Oklahoma

OKLAHOMA BIBLE ACADEMY TROJANS

Head Coach: CHRIS CAYOT

1-9

OFFENSE

As the Oklahoma Bible Academy Trojans enter the 2025 season, they do so with a young but experienced offensive unit that’s eager to show improvement. Despite only having two to three seniors on the roster, many underclassmen gained valuable playing time last year and are ready to take the next step. “We’re not very big, so we spread the football around,” said head coach Chris Cayot. That strategy will again be key in a tough district, as OBA looks to use its speed and versatility to its advantage. Leading the offense is quarterback Cal Cayot (5’9, 160, So.), who showed poise last season and returns with a better understanding of the system. In the backfield, Liam Berry (5’8, 170, Sr.) and Koy Schneider (5’8, 160, So.) give the Trojans a quick, elusive one-two punch. On the outside, receiver Ben Burrell (6’0, 190, Jr.) provides a solid target in the passing game. Up front, Ian Burnet (6’2, 200, Sr.) and Jacoby Justice (5’10, 210, Sr.) will anchor an offensive line that continues to develop chemistry.

DEFENSE

Defensively, the Trojans’ focus this season is simple: contain the big play. With several two-way starters, OBA will rely on effort, discipline, and execution on every down. Berry and Justice will play key roles at linebacker, helping lead the defense from the middle of the field. Schneider brings athleticism to the secondary, while Burnet provides size and strength at defensive end. Though still developing depth and size, the Trojans are committed to flying to the football and competing every snap. With returning experience across the board, expect this unit to play with more confidence and cohesion in 2025.
