2025 Enid Lady Pacers Softball Preview – Presented by Stillwater Women’s Clinic

The Enid Pacers fastpitch softball team enters the 2025 season with confidence and motivation, following a strong 2024 campaign that ended just shy of a state tournament berth. Under the leadership of head coach Chris Jensen, now entering his sixth season, the Pacers finished 26-13 last year and battled to the very end, falling in an 11-inning thriller to Yukon in the regional finals.

Jensen returns a loaded roster featuring eight returning starters and several other key contributors from last season’s squad. With the addition of a highly talented freshman class, the future of Pacer softball looks bright.

“We’re bringing back a core group that played a big role in our success last season,” Jensen said. “With the addition of a very good ninth-grade class, we feel very good about where we’re headed.”

Leading the charge will be junior standout Palmer Pasby, who was named the District 6A-1 Player of the Year. She’ll be joined by All-District Pitcher Gracie Combrink, a rising sophomore, and Cassidy Patterson, the reigning District Defensive Player of the Year. All three are poised to anchor the team’s success both offensively and defensively.

Additional key contributors include District Honorable Mention selections Kenlee Adams, Annabelle Cotton, Kinzley Lebeda, and Andee Rader. The leadership of seniors Annabelle Cotton, Lizy Dougherty, and Zoe Robinson will be crucial, while the junior class — which includes Adams, Meliah Crouch, Mady Good, Pasby, Patterson, and Rader — brings depth and experience.

The sophomore group is deep and talented, featuring Combrink, Carson Chain, Hallee Goldsmith, Lauren and Sarah Jensen, Lybbi Moore, and Kaylee Nelson. The freshman class — Kennedy Asch, Jaylee Franklin, Parker Lofton, Capri Mark, Macee Mills, Paiton Morse, and Laura Uhrmacher — adds fresh energy and promise to the program.

Supporting Coach Jensen are assistant coaches Lori Palmer, Chris Percival, and Jaicee Stinson, who bring a wealth of knowledge and dedication to the team.

With a strong foundation and high expectations, the Pacers are determined to turn last season’s near-miss into a breakthrough. Enid has its eyes firmly set on a return to the regional finals — and beyond.
