ENID PACERS

Coach: ALY SENG

2024-25 Record: 11-12

Enid Pacers head coach Aly Seng is excited to get this basketball season going.

“Even though we are still young we have a strong core that got a lot of experience last year that is returning,” she said. “Our goal is to keep improving each week and we know every game will be a battle.”

The Enid Pacers are led by VYPE Top 100 nominee Anabelle Miller. The 6’0 junior is coming off a season where she made first team All-District in 4-6A. She was just shy from averaging a double-double last year in one of the most competitive districts in the state.

“She is highly competitive and a force inside,” said Coach Seng. “She can score in the paint and has developed a mid-range jump shot. Her ability to defend and get rebounds also makes her one of the most dynamic players in the state.”

Also leading the team is the lone senior Alex Crissup. A hard worker, Crissup is the first one in the gym and the last to leave. Juniors Talaira Williams and Kiliyah Collins will be contributors as well. A core of sophomores will make up the young talent on the team featuring Addy Yates, Amyah Odom, and Annalise Henry. A freshman duo, Amara Baker and Lilly Nichols, will add to the budding potential on the court.

Another sophomore, Amarianna Solomon, will be an underclassman to watch after starting every game of her freshman season.

“She earned third team All-District in 4-6A,” said Coach Seng. “She was our second leading scorer and steal leader. She’s a quick guard who can score at all three levels of the game and also impacts the game defensively with her ability to pressure the ball.”

The Pacers will strive for growth on and off the court this season.
