RINGWOOD RED DEVILS

Coach: ERIC BRADLEY

0-10

OFFENSE

The Red Devils are just a few seasons removed from reaching the second round of the postseason, and they’re eager to turn the page on last year and begin a new chapter. While this season presents some challenges, head coach Eric Bradley believes his team is ready to rise to the occasion. “We will have a young, rebuilding team this season,” said Bradley. “But we have a lot of hardworking student-athletes.” Leading the way at quarterback is senior Isaac Wall (5’9″, 145), a dependable athlete who has put in the work during the offseason—effort that’s expected to pay off on the field. In the trenches, offensive linemen Pedro Balderas (5’9″, 215, Sr.), Tomas Martinez (5’11”, 185, Jr.), and Jayson Boehm (6’2″, 210, So.) will be tasked with protecting the backfield and opening running lanes. Boehm will also contribute at tight end. The Red Devils’ offense will be bolstered by two dynamic playmakers. Sophomore Gavin Decker (6’1″, 180) will line up at both tight end and wide receiver, while junior Cameron Decker (5’9″, 130) will lead the ground game as the team’s running back.

DEFENSE

The Ringwood defense will focus on limiting big plays and keeping opponents out of the end zone. The defensive front will be anchored by Gavin Decker, Balderas, and Martinez—each expected to be a disruptive force up front. In the secondary, Wall and Cameron Decker will provide coverage and look to eliminate explosive plays. Meanwhile, Boehm will be a key presence at linebacker, tasked with reading the offense and making plays all over the field. With a blend of young talent and gritty determination, the Red Devils are aiming to make their mark this season on both sides of the ball.
