Ragle’s path to education was shaped by her love of communication and connection. Before entering the classroom, she worked in youth ministry, where she developed her skills in mentoring and guiding students. Chisholm High School Principal Brett Barnes said Ragle’s classroom environment is one where students are encouraged to take ownership of their learning.
“Ms. Ragle’s approach to the classroom gives her students a chance to pilot the ship while she keeps them on course,” Barnes said.
Mr. Barnes added, “It is more than evident of the mutual respect between her and the students. She is very much an asset to the building, and we are lucky that Ms. Ragle is on our team.”
