Brandon Gallagher enters his first year as head coach for the Medford Cardinals basketball team and he is looking forward to a great season.
“I am brand new so I am still learning the guys,” said Gallagher. “I think we will be pretty athletic and have some depth. I’m really excited about the season from what I’ve seen in the time I have been here.”
Providing leadership as the team’s seniors are Kingston Edwards, Ethan Gonlazes, and Gunnar Ebert. The junior class is looking strong with Reece Royal, Bly Frieouf, Lyrik Horn, Trent Lohman, and Price Locke. A few sophomores who will be assets to the team are Cash Kelley, Raegan Gottsch, and Brendan Winter, followed up by the team’s lone freshman Logan Hammons.
The Cardinals will look to use their strengths to their advantage as they continue to grow together this season.
