Q&A with Chisholm’s Ross Wyant – Presented by Security National Bank

VYPE: What grade are you in and what sports do you play?

Ross: I am a sophomore at Chisholm, and I play golf.

VYPE: What has your sport taught you that makes you a better person?

Ross: Success requires a lot of work.

VYPE: What accomplishment or memory are you most proud of?

Ross: Winning my first golf tournament last year.

VYPE: Which professional athlete do you look up to?

Ross: My favorite professional athlete is Scottie Scheffler because of his prominent relationship with God.

VYPE: What is the best advice that anyone has given you?

Ross: Focus on things you can control and try not to worry about things outside of your influence.

VYPE: Who is your favorite teacher from any grade?

Ross: Mr. Sheik, because he makes a huge effort to make his lessons understandable and relates well to us.

VYPE: What is your all-time favorite meal?

Ross: My favorite meal of all time was the Arctic char with rice that I had in Iceland last year.

VYPE: You can pick any place for a summer vacation. Where do you go and who do you take with you?

Ross: My favorite vacation in the summer is Winter Park, Colorado, because it is usually about 60 or 70 degrees with no wind, while here in Enid, it is 100 degrees blowing 20 or 30 mph.
